Kimberley and Tommy, the founders of CayMinds Inc., met through the Microsoft ecosystem in 2003. At that time Kim was an owner and founder of a Western Canadian consulting company and Tommy was a Product Manager at an ISV in the Netherlands. Their companies started doing business together and the rest was history.
Although their skillsets are very different, they have always been very complimentary and their ability to work together has always impressed their peers, colleagues and clients.

Tommy is originally from Denmark and has a long history in the software development industry. He is part of the ‘original Damgaard team’ which is where D365 F&O was born. At that time, the software was called Axapta and after ultimately being acquired by Microsoft, became Dynamics AX. Tommy’s highly analytical yet creative mind allows him to solve the most complex issues while keeping a view of the big picture for clients.
The software Tommy designs is always done in a way that maximizes the user experience and leverages the ‘Lego’ approach of finding patterns and usability in the elements of the design. Tommy has continued to work with D365 since its inception and as a result, his functional and technical knowledge puts him as one of the best solution architects in the world.

Kimberley is originally from Eastern Canada and after moving to Calgary in 1995 as an accountant, discovered the world of computerized accounting software in the late 90’s. Her experience was gained by working at ‘Big 5’ companies, her own consulting company and for Microsoft partners. Implementing software, delivering presales presentations and spending many hours on her feet in Conference booths sharpened up her skills in the areas of selling and implementing software.
After working in a Solution Delivery Manager role, she realized that the people and engagement side of our work is where she really thrived. Focusing her growth in these areas starting in 2012 proved to be the right move as Kim discovered her natural ability to connect with all levels of leadership, help our clients navigate change and naturally coach everyone around her.
